Materials: All of our CDs, tapes and videos are guaranteed against defects in material for one year.
Replacement: If a tape or CD simply breaks or wears out, return it to us and we will replace it for just $5.00(tape) or $7.00 (CD) plus shipping and handling.
Satisfaction: All of our InnerTalk products are guaranteed to assist you in changing the way in which you speak to yourself. To benefit fully, use the products at least one hour per day for 30 days. If you are a first time customer, we recommend that you follow closely the usage guidance on your product.
If you feel our products do not work for you, please call Customer Services prior to returning the product, to receive return documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse refund should our return policy procedure not be followed.
