Freedom from Stress and Anxiety (VHS)

Stress is any stimulus that we interpret as stressful. The same stimulus may be pleasurable for one and highly stressful for another. In other words, we give power to those things and events we consider to be stressful. For some, an amusement park, a roller coaster ride, is a highly stressful experience. For most, it's just exciting. Within each of us is the power and ability to reinterpret our stressors and to experience much less stress and anxiety. The health benefits are enormous!
